Founded in 1931, Mineral Wells Lions Club has made tremendous impact thanks to the help of its members. The core of our work lies in the continuous passion and dedication we bring to the range of projects we take part in. It is our goal to serve our community and be exemplary citizens. PREVENTING CURABLE BLINDNESS
Providing eyeglasses and eyecare for those in need in Mineral Wells, as well as supporting our international efforts in curing preventable blindness.
EDUCATION
Provides Scholarships for Highschool Seniors. Sponsors FFA animals for students at Mineral Wells High School. Provides flags for the annual Veteran's Day Program for Mineral Wells ISD.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Provides the chance for children in Mineral Wells, TX with physical disabilities, Down Syndrome, and Type 1 Diabetes diagnoses to attend Summercamp at Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville, Texas at zero cost to the families. Please see more information about Texas Lions Camp below.

This Ain't Your Granddaddy's Lions Club!
Lions club is made up of a variety of folks from many walks of life. We are looking for men AND women of ALL age ranges to join Lions Club. It's never too soon to start supporting the community you have chosen as home. Just your monthly dues of $50 dollars a month can add up to make a BIG difference. Invite friends and family members to join with you and enjoy lunch every Thursday at NOON at the Crazy Water Hotel and learn from businesses and individuals around the community making a difference. Everyone can benefit from networking and meeting others.
